Awesome service. Had an issue with our upstairs toilet and two people came out super fast. They were able to fix the problem within 20 mins. Really appreciate how they approached preventative measures with their protective gear and keeping social distance in the midst of Covid19. Highly recommend!!

To get 5 stars from me you have to do above what is expected. I have a few homes. I use plumbers often. I have found them to do a job and they are gone. When they came they went to work fast. They tested it and it worked they thought. I ran a full load of wash. And it overflowed immediately. He came back the next morning and ran a bigger snake. And fixed it with no extra charge. He is a man of his word.

Peter was so responsive with my phone call. This is exactly what we need when we have problem with water leaking. Cesar came on time as promised, so I can rely on the name of their business "On Time...". He came at least 3 times; to repair, to check the work, and to put back the cement and cleaning. All his visits were as he said. I would recommend On Time Rooter to those who have plumbing and water leaking issue. We need people that can we trust.

My mom's sump pump stopped working. I looked on Yelp for her. I found On Time Rooter who said they serviced sump pumps. Mom called this morning. Cesar came this afternoon. He fixed the sump pump. He tested the driveway drain and the drain behind the garage. He cleaned and vacuumed the sump pump. My mom is very happy with the thorough work. She asked me to send an excellent review.
